Quest Imaging Solutions Medical is currently seeking to hire a sales assistant to work closely with our sales team in assisting them throughout our challenging sales process. The ideal candidate will be willing to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.
The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Job Duties Include:
-Preparing and presenting sales quotes to clients
-Following up with clients
-Answering phones
-Faxing
-Managing e-mail communications
-Working closely with operations staff to finalize sales process
-Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
-Scheduling travel arrangements for sales management
Job Requirements:
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (word, outlook power point, excel)
-Must be able to perform basic computer skills: use of internet, e-mail photos, ect.
-Fluent In English (Bilingual a plus)
-No previous experience required, however previous experience a plus.
-Some College Completed, or attending (Students welcome. 4 year Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree a plus)
-Pass A General Background Check & Drug Test
Duration: Part-Time with Full-Time possible at later date
Location: Henderson, Nv
Pay: $10.00 per hour
