The GE Vivid q portable cardiac ultrasound system is GE’s top-of-the-line premium portable cardiac ultrasound machine. It features many of the high-end technologies found in the GE Vivid 7 and GE Vivid e9 console-based machines that are not found on the GE Vivid i ultrasound machine, specifically the M4S-RS, and Automated Ejection-Fraction Calculation.
With regards to its image quality and efficient performance, the GE Vivid q also offers:
- Quantitative analysis tools such as Auto EF, Automated Function Imaging (AFI), Tissue Velocity Imaging (TVI) and Tissue Tracking (TT), and Tissue Synchronization Imaging (TSI)
- Tissue Spectral Doppler Dual Focus for cardiac applications
- Extremely lightweight design and a size that’s no bigger than a laptop
- Availability of over 16 portable ultrasound probes
