The 4″ diameter, heavy-duty ball-bearing brake/swivel casters allow the Space Station to be easily rolled into position. To lock in place, engage the single-pedal brake and swivel caster locks.

Pneumatic assist enables operation by one person in raising or lowering the cantilevered shelf.
Shelf is simple to raise when extra space is required, or lowered into its storage position if not needed.
